Halosalda lateralis Family: Saldidae H. lateralis is recognised by the pale pronotal margins and absence of long, fine, erect dark hairs on the dorsal surface. The 2nd tarsal segment is longer than the 3rd and the wing membrane has 4 cells. A local species found in saltmarshes around the coast of England and Wales.
